Homeward is developing RehabConnect, a facility-approved way for families to send supportive messages and photos to loved ones in residential treatment when personal phone access is limited.

Residents choose their family circle. Staff set access hours, content rules, and available features. Residents can read messages on a facility tablet or kiosk, and replies are always optional.

The first step is a thoughtful facility pilot. We want to learn from family signups, resident usage, and staff workload so the experience supports recovery routines as well as connection.
